1. Acceptance

By using Habitbi you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the application.

2. The service

Habitbi is an application for tracking and visualizing personal habits. The core of the product (habit tracking, heatmap, stats, PWA install) is free and will remain so.

3. Paid features

• Google Calendar sync: billed based on actual integration usage, not a fixed subscription. You can disable it at any time; stopping usage stops the associated charge.
• Monthly support subscription: completely optional and does not gate access to the free plan. You can cancel it whenever you want; it stays active until the end of the already-paid period.

4. User account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs on your account.

5. Service availability

Habitbi is offered "as-is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. We make a reasonable effort to keep the service running and your data safe, but we do not guarantee total absence of interruptions or errors.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Habitbi will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Third-party integrations

Google Calendar/Tasks sync depends on Google services and is also subject to Google's terms of service. See our Privacy Policy for more details on the use of Google data.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally; relevant changes will be reflected on this page with the update date.
